This week I'm listening to...
Fink

Who?
Brighton-based singer/songwriter, guitarist and ex ambient techno DJ. Aka Fin Greenall. His songs reflect frustration with the world, often starting softly then  crescendoing into tones of anger. Rich harmonic backing vocals and rhythmical strumming accompany his full-bodied voice.

In three words:
Melancholic, thought-provoking, rugged.

Lamps - Live performances for 2011's album, Perfect Darkness, were spiced up with visual production from 59 Productions (who did the set for War Horse).A frame holding 48 Angelpoise lamps surrounded the stage shows.

Bet you didn't know...
He's written in collaboration with John Legend and Professor Green and co-wrote 'Half-Time' with Amy Winehouse, which is included in Amy's posthumous album Lioness: Hidden Treasures.

You must hear:
If I Had a Million, This Is The Thing, Yesterday Was Hard On All Of Us.
